Our Policies
While we do our best to pack with care, but you are purchasing a live plant and bent stems, some leaf yellowing and minor leaf loss can occur in transit, especially on highly variegated plants. Highly variegated plants are also susceptible to edema. All sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges or replacements.
Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive, but we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers or due to weather. Please do not purchase if the weather in your area is unduly hot or cold at the time of the order. If you provide an unboxing video within two hours of delivery to demonstrate the plant arrived dead and not due to carrier or weather, I will try my best to make it right.
We do not guarantee variegation in corms or future leaves.
It is always a good practice to quarantine any new plants for a period of two weeks before introducing it to your existing collection.
